| Colonial Heights & Gardens is an apartment community for those who desire a large amount of freedom and enjoy the security and social atmosphere that living in a retirement community offers. We also offer assistance with personal care for residents who need aid in daily tasks. In addition, The Manor at Colonial Gardens offers assistance with memory impairment.
Colonial Heights Independent Living features include housekeeping & maintenance, individually controlled heat & air conditioning, utilities paid (except phone), cable TV provided, 24 hour emergency system in each apartment, local transportation, 2 meals daily (residential living), and a staffed wellness center.
In addition to the features offered at Colonial Heights, Colonial Gardens offers assistance with personal care that includes assistance with bathing, dressing & grooming, proper nutrition, 3 meals & snacks, laundry service, security of interaction between residents & staff, administration of medication, and a secured environment for the memory impaired. |
